Come back to your breath.
A gentle, grounded breathwork experience for anyone who has been carrying too much, moving too fast, or feeling disconnected from themselves.
Private, couples, and small group sessions available in Vancouver.
Sessions are slow, intentional, and supportive — with space to arrive exactly as you are.
Hi, I’m Gurleen.
I’m a breathwork facilitator based in Vancouver. My work is rooted in helping people slow down, soften their nervous system, and reconnect with what is happening inside the body — not from a place of pressure, but from curiosity and care.
Breathwork has been one of the most beautiful tools I’ve found for creating space. Space to feel, release, process, rest, and return to yourself. My sessions are warm, grounded, and beginner-friendly, with time before and after to talk through what came up.
- For people feeling stressed, emotionally heavy, anxious, stuck, or disconnected.
- For anyone curious about breathwork but wanting a safe and gentle introduction.
- For couples or small groups wanting a meaningful shared experience.
What is breathwork?
Breathwork is an intentional breathing practice that uses the breath to shift energy, bring awareness into the body, and support emotional release. You do not need any experience — just a willingness to be present with yourself.
Release stress
Breathwork can help move built-up tension through the body and create a feeling of lightness, calm, and spaciousness.
Reconnect inward
The practice gives you quiet time to notice your body, emotions, and inner world without needing to explain or fix everything.
Feel grounded
Many people leave sessions feeling clearer, softer, more present, and more connected to themselves.
A session that feels safe and supported.
Each session includes time to settle in, talk through the technique, breathe together, and integrate afterward.
Reserve your spotArrive and settle
We begin with a short conversation so you know what to expect and can ask any questions.
Guided breathing
You’ll be guided through a connected breathing technique while lying down comfortably.
Rest and integrate
We close slowly, giving your body time to land before you move back into your day.
Give yourself an hour to breathe.
Whether you’re new to breathwork or returning to the practice, you’re welcome exactly as you are.
You’ll be taken to my booking page to choose your session time.
